1 Human Resource planning and considerations: Organizations have various objectives and also they have strategies to achieve them. Along with financial capital, organizational employees are now thought as the human capital of it. As a result, the effective management of the employees is now an important work considered in the modern day business. Taylor (2014) says, for this purpose, employee management researchers have continuously looked for better approaches to manage the human resource of the organizations and thereby continuously adapt to their environment and satisfy human resource needs. 1.1 Human Resource Planning: Since organizations have to think about their operations and their dimensions in the future, they have to consider all the resources they need to have at that time to achieve those goals. By Human Resource planning, we understand the procedures used by organizations in order to plan and make sure how many and what type of employees they require in the future for the achievement of their business objectives (Pilbeam and Corbridge, 2010). So, in other words, Human Resource planning considers the business objectives and prepares employment requirement plans to achieve them.
